Privacy at H2

Your information should be treated with care.

This notice explains what H2 collects through this website and client workspace, why we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you contact H2, we may receive your name, business details, email address, phone number and anything you choose to include in your enquiry. For active projects, the client workspace records account identities, project access, design feedback, annotations and activity needed to provide the service.

We may also receive limited technical information such as request times, browser type, security events and network information needed to keep the service reliable and investigate misuse.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver website work, provide hosting and support, operate the private client workspace, keep project decisions organised and protect H2 systems. We do not sell personal information.

Who it may be shared with

H2 uses carefully selected service providers to operate websites, communications and project systems. They receive only the information needed to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems or rights.

Storage and retention

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide ongoing support, meet record-keeping needs or resolve a dispute. Project access can be revoked by an H2 administrator. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Cookies and sign-in

The public landing page does not use advertising trackers. The private workspace uses essential authentication and security cookies to recognise signed-in users. Do not place passwords, payment details or other secrets in project comments.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask what personal information H2 holds about you or request a correction by emailing hello@h2.nz. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us so we can investigate it promptly.
