Using this website
You may use the public website to learn about H2 and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, probe private areas without permission, upload malicious material or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Client workspace
Workspace access is personal to the approved account and may be limited, suspended or removed by H2. Clients are responsible for keeping their account secure and for promptly requesting access changes when team members join or leave. Information shown in a project workspace is confidential to the project and should not be shared outside the authorised team.
Designs and feedback
Work-in-progress designs are provided for review, not public release. Feedback should be lawful, relevant to the project and free of passwords, payment details and other unnecessary sensitive information. Ownership and permitted use of final work are set out in the applicable project agreement.
Website information
We aim to keep public information useful and accurate, but it is general in nature and may change. A proposal, quote or service commitment is binding only when agreed in writing by H2 and the client.
Availability and changes
H2 may update, maintain or temporarily restrict the website and workspace when reasonably needed for security, support or service improvement. These website terms may also be updated; the date below shows the latest version.

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@h2.nz. For a client project, the agreed proposal or service agreement takes priority where it addresses the same subject.
